SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Monautix online store operated by Monautix Kft.

1. Delivery Areas

Monautix currently delivers orders to:

• Hungary; and

• Member States of the European Union where delivery is available through our checkout.

The delivery methods available for a particular order may depend on the destination, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and the products included in the order.

The available delivery options and the applicable shipping charge are displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

2. Shipping within Hungary

The following delivery methods are currently available for eligible orders within Hungary:

FoxPost Parcel Locker / Parcel Point
Shipping fee: HUF 1,490

DPD Home Delivery
Shipping fee: HUF 1,490

DPD Parcel Point
Shipping fee: HUF 1,490
Available for eligible parcels between 0.1 kg and 25 kg.

Not all delivery methods may be available for every order. The delivery options actually available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping to Other EU Member States

Orders to eligible destinations within the European Union are shipped by DPD.

The current standard shipping fee for eligible EU deliveries is:

Availability and the final shipping charge applicable to the selected destination are displayed at checkout before the customer places the order.

4. Delivery Times

For deliveries within Hungary, the estimated delivery time is generally 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the time the order is placed, product availability, weekends and public holidays, the selected delivery method and circumstances affecting the carrier.

For deliveries to other EU Member States, delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier service. Where available, the applicable delivery estimate will be shown during the ordering process or provided in connection with the shipment.

If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable or an exceptional delay is expected, Monautix will inform the customer using the contact details provided with the order.

5. Shipping Charges

All applicable shipping charges are shown to the customer before the order is submitted.

The shipping charge displayed at checkout for the specific order and delivery address is the applicable shipping charge for that order.

Where different shipping methods are available, the customer may select from the options offered during checkout.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order.

Please check the delivery details carefully before submitting the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the delivery details where the parcel has not yet been handed over to the carrier.

7. Delivery and Carrier Information

Once an order has been handed over to the selected carrier, delivery is performed in accordance with the carrier's applicable delivery procedures.

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer electronically.

Customers should follow any delivery or parcel collection notifications sent by the relevant carrier.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Hungarian or European Union law.

9. Relationship with Other Policies

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our:

• Privacy Policy; and

• Legal Notice.

In the event of any inconsistency, mandatory provisions of applicable Hungarian or European Union consumer law shall prevail.
